Wie viel Corona steckt noch in uns?

2026

The outdoor installation addresses the question of how much COVID-19 still remains in us, based on interviews with young adults and experts reflecting on the pandemic today.

On the outside, a photographic series by Göttingen-based photographer Nikolas Richter is combined with reflective questions intended to engage passers-by and create short moments of reflection in everyday movement.

Inside the pavilion, a timeline traces key events from the COVID-19 period from 2020 to today, accompanied by quotes from the interviews. An audio station allows visitors to listen to interview excerpts by dialling numbers on a keypad. A printed index provides access to ten thematic blocks of recorded material. Additional reflective questions are distributed as take-away cards, extending the installation beyond the physical space.

Minigolfschlägerwagen

2026

The mobile storage cart was designed for the mini golf course of the Umweltamt Stadt Fulda, addressing the lack of storage space in the existing kiosk.

The object consists of a small house-like volume on a transportable frame. The front is closed by an aluminium roller shutter.

Inside, the cart provides space for approx. 100 mini golf clubs. Five drawers organize children’s clubs, balls and accessories.

Geländer innen/außen

2025/2026

Inside and outside stair railing, created as part of the renovation of a single-family home.

The interior railing seeks to complement the bold, weighty presence of the existing mahogany staircase while introducing a light, playful counterbalance. Defined by its geometric cutouts and soft mint tone, it brings freshness and contrast to the space, creating a dialogue between solidity and lightness.

On the exterior, this language is reinterpreted in purple, referencing the house’s window shutters. With its pop-inspired presence, it deliberately disrupts the ordered and often predictable appearance of the single-family house, adding a playful tension between conformity and expression.

LANGE TAFEL

2025

The “LANGE TAFEL” is a twelve-metre-long table for the “FORST” experimental area of the SDG+ Lab Kassel. Workshops, events and leisure and educational activities are to take place on a brownfield site in a residential area in summer 2025.

The table consists of four individual segments made of CNC-milled multiplex parts, which are connected using tensioning straps and can therefore be easily assembled and dismantled.

PUBLIC SPACE INSTALLATION

2023/24

In order to bridge the gap between the museum and the public urban space, the installation on the square in front of the Forum Wissen will make the space usable and offer a first glimpse of the contents.
The installation consists of five objects on a red steel frame. The surface made of larch planks offers opportunities to linger, lean and rest. A red tape on the floor, on which various questions relating to the museum's themes are written, links the objects to each other.
The individual elements are modular designed and can be rearranged with each other.

RAATHAUS

2020

For KW 36 (Kassel Museum Week) we designed and built the Raathaus on Friedrichsplatz in Kassel. The pink pop-up installation is an interactive platform for people to discuss and debate what makes a city beautiful and worth living in. Over five days, people exchanged, discussed and wrote over 1000 comments and contributions on the walls of the house, ranging from social, political, cultural and economic topics.

COLD DRIP 2000

2019

Cold Drip 2000 is used for the production of Cold Brew Coffee, at the same time it creates interest in the rather unknown coffee specialty. Due to the clear design, the extraction process becomes transparent and the dripper serves not only as a device but also as a communication object in the café, which attracts attention. With a volume of 2000 ml, the needs of small and medium-sized cafés are roughly met.
